Natasha goes out with a bang, not a whimper.
It's the movie we were promised a decade ago, and hot damn it actually lives up to our expectations! Not necessarily a revelation in cinema, but a hellova fun ride and certainly the film Natasha deserves after a long-served tenure in the MCU. And can we just TALK about how fantastic Yelena is? Anyway, let's get into all deets!

It's Halloween, and honestly our reviews this week are a little spooky. There's one shining star in the bunch, but a lot of this week had titles that couldn't quite get past the finish line... maybe we're just grumpy from Mercury in retrograde. Kamala Khan deserves ALL the screen time.
Surprise! It's us, from the past, talking to you, in the present... our future... or... okay, we forgot to post it last week. But hey, here we are with our review of the relatively recently released Marvel's Avengers (we played on PS4). We lay out what's good, what's not as good, and our hope for what they can do to make it better. Also, can we please get a little more hype for a game focused on Kamala Khan? She. Is. Awesome.

Finally, we give our best tips for the fan who wants to hit the Con circuit without drowning in big crowds and social anxiety. Key Issues: Not with a bang, but with a crossover whimper.

Whether they're Far From Home, stealing someone's intellectual property, getting cancelled by EA, or coming back from the dead, you'll hear about it first (more likely last) from us! This week we introduce a new segment called Key Issues where we whine about stuff to unwind all that built up millennial angst. We're laying out the issues we have about events and crossovers in DC and Marvel and how they just tend to fall flat. |
