From a Supergirl book not focused on Supergirl, to a fun twist on the "we're here to save the world" trope, there's all sorts of really need sssstories this week!

Can we talk about how little the romance genre is used in comics? Can we also talk about changing that? One title this week sets about righting that wrong, as well as a martial arts comedy and a creepy new cryptid. Look at all that genre diversity, folks!

Weekly Pull Highlights: June 2, 2021
This week came out swinging HARD, man! An excellent new horror title from Cullen Bunn, a bold new sci-fi title packing a ton of narrative threads from Ryan K. Lindsay, and one of the most stunning horror pieces we've ever read from James Tynion IV - and we mean ever. Hope you're ready to go get some books, folks, because there's plenty to choose from this go round! 
If we get to season 2, we might actually see something happen...
The beginning of the Millar-verse on Netflix, we got through all eight episodes of the brand new Jupiter's Legacy adaptation and we were... well, kind of underwhelmed. But I guess that'll happen when you spend 8 hours on 2 comic issues. Come hear what worked, what didn't, and what we hope to get from a (maybe?) season 2.
